This is a {Advertised Permanent / Temporary}, {Advertised Full Time / Part Time} vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We’re looking for a hands-on, organised Empty Homes Lead Supervisor to join and support our Empty Homes Team.

In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of the service, directly supervising our trade operatives and supporting two Empty Homes Supervisors. You’ll help make sure the team performs well, meets our standards, and delivers a great experience for customers.

Your goal will be to make sure our empty homes are brought back up to standard safely, efficiently, and cost effectively and in line with Alliance Homes’ Empty Homes Standard, Schedule of Rates, and compliance requirements.

You’ll work closely with our planning team to make sure operatives’ time is used effectively, helping us hit key KPIs and maintain high customer satisfaction. You’ll also carry out pre and post inspections to check that work has been completed to the right standard.

As a leader, you’ll motivate and support your team, helping them tackle problems and make good decisions so that our homes are completed to a high standard.

About You

You’ll have experience supervising in a trade or repairs environment, and you’ll be a strong communicator who knows how to motivate and develop a team. You’ll understand KPIs and turnaround targets, and feel confident with scheduling, including using scheduling software such as DRS.

You’ll have good technical knowledge across multiple trades and a solid understanding of health and safety requirements. An Asbestos Awareness qualification would be beneficial; however, training can be provided if you do not currently hold this.

You will be provided with a company van, so a full driving licence is essential.

We review applications when received, so we may close the vacancy early if we find that perfect candidate. If the role interests you, then apply now.
