22.5 hours per week, Actual Salary: £17,469 per annum

About the role:

We have an opportunity for you to join our Home Repairs Service (HRS) supporting our Damp and Moulds team with their repairs planning. This role provides planning and scheduling services to all workstreams with the HRS ensuring that our customers receive a great customer experience.

You will be working collaboratively with our operatives, service manager, supervisors, and Contact Centre to ensure that the Safer Homes service runs smoothly.

As first point of contact for our customers, you will deal with their queries alongside scheduling and allocate resources to maximise productivity and performance and work within policies, criteria and our timescales.

About you:

You will be a confident and highly motivated individual with the ability to demonstrate how you have ensured customers repairs are completed right first time and to a high standard. 

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and able to understand and prioritise how to plan an operative’s working day. In order to achieve this, you will have a good knowledge of a variety of systems to produce data and to support compliance monitoring.
